Jones Broadcast Group, LLC was founded in 2002 as
a Delaware Limited Liability Company.

Global Satellite Network: Conducted comprehensive assessment and
analysis of current operational status and provided a strategic
plan to expand distribution, enhance ad sales revenue, and advance
industry visability for a global satellite /IP network that broadcasts
in 16 languages.

Investment Banking Firm: Advised a leading international investment
banking firm in regard to certain strategic and operational matters
effecting the performance of publicly traded media company investments.

Hedge Fund: Advised a multi-billion dollar hedge fund on certain
"pure play" broadcast industry investment opportunities.

Hedge Fund: Advised a multi-billion dollar hedge fund on a major
cable investment.

Major University: Conducted a comprehensive assessment and analysis
of commercial broadcast and related curriculum opportunities for
one of the nation's largest and highly-ranked university systems.

Midwestern University: Conducted a comprehensive television diligence
research assignment for one of the nation's largest and highest-ranked
university systems.

Russian Television Network: Conducted a comprehensive 8-month study
identifying U.S. produced television programs appropriate for format
adaptation by a state-owned Russian television network
• Private Equity Firm: Assisted and advised a leading private
equity firm on the successful closing of a $265 million U.S. media
acquisition
• Caribbean Broadcasting System: Conducted comprehensive on-site
and off-site diligence for an $85 million project to rebuild, rebrand,
and re-launch an earthquake damaged television station owned by
an international celebrity
• U.S. Television Network: Selected from a field of 8 competing
firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of technology strategy,
technology structure and media workflow for a leading national U.S.
television network
• Advertising Agency: Advised a leading international ad agency
in regard to a multi-million dollar audience measurement dispute
on behalf of its clients
• U.S Cable MSO: Advised a U.S. cable MSO during its ongoing
retransmission rights negotiations with television networks and
television station groups
• U.S. Television Station Group Broadcaster: Advised and provided
a keynote address signaling a directional change in operating policies
and procedures for a leading U.S. broadcast station group at its
annual corporate meeting
• Television Production: Developed a $36 million budget television
miniseries production for a boutique private equity firm
